Issei’s Super Stick is a soft lure that combines the natural silhouette of a stick bait with an ultra-small shad tail that produces subtle vibrations, delivering both a natural profile and tail action. The 4-inch model is designed with a rearward center of gravity for easy, long-distance casting from shore. Its three-dimensional curved tail moves finely and vigorously even in minimal current, generating the subtle vibrations characteristic of a shad tail during the retrieve. The body features fine ribs and hook-setting slits.
The 4-inch model is suitable for swimming on a jig head, as well as weightless rigs, Texas rigs, and heavy Carolina rigs using an offset hook. The manufacturer recommends hook sizes #2–#1 for jig heads and #1 for Multi Offset hooks. The 2.5-inch model is a downsized version with a shortened body while retaining the shad tail of the 4-inch model, making it suitable for situations with smaller baitfish or when using smaller hooks. It retains the tail’s appeal in a bite-sized profile and is designed to be easily incorporated into a variety of rigs.
