Ryugi Fog Shot Keeper

RYUGI’s FOG SHOT KEEPER is a custom hook based on the FOG SHOT TC, designed with a focus on stabilizing the worm’s posture and improving holding power when used with I-shaped rigs and dying rigs. Double worm keepers are positioned on both the inside and outside of the hook to secure the worm while minimizing posture distortion during rigging. This structure holds the worm in a stable position and helps maintain balance while swimming. It also retains the hook shape inherited from the FOG SHOT TC and a design prioritizing penetration and strength, while minimizing the increase in weight caused by the added keepers.

Designed for setups such as weightless rigs, where the worm’s buoyancy and underwater posture are essential to the presentation, the FOG SHOT KEEPER is intended for straight worm rigging. The inner and outer keepers help prevent the worm from slipping, making it easier to maintain a stable presentation after casting. Available in sizes 8, 6, 5, and 4. Each size is suited to worm presentations such as I-shaped worms and dying rigs, where delicate action and buoyancy balance are important.
