RYUGI’s EGU WACKY is a jighead wacky rig designed for working areas around structure, combining excellent weedless performance with a stable action. The head features a teardrop shape that tapers toward the line eye, making it easier to slip free when contacting cover. It also helps reduce water resistance during the retrieve, allowing for smooth, stable control without interfering with the worm’s movement.
The EGU WACKY comes standard with two resin guards. Under normal conditions, the two guards can be kept together and used as a single guard. In situations where the rig is likely to contact structure from either side, the guards can be spread into a V shape to function as a double guard. The hook features a long-taper design that makes it easier to set the hook with light pressure. Keep the guards together in open areas and spread them into a V shape around cover or structure. This finesse jighead allows the guard configuration to be adjusted according to fishing conditions.
