Ryugi TC Keeper

RYUGI’s TC KEEPER is a heat-shrink worm keeper designed to be added to a hook to help prevent the worm from slipping. When heat is applied to the tube, the body shrinks while the adhesive on the inside melts and secures it to the hook. The tip of the tube features a forked design for easier worm retention, while the opposite end has a gently tapered cut to help prevent the worm from tearing during rigging. If the hook has a barb for securing the worm, shrinking the keeper over the barb can further help reduce slippage.

During installation, heat-shrink the keeper using a hair dryer or similar tool. After shrinking, do not apply force to the keeper; allow it to cool to room temperature before use. If using a lighter or similar flame, take care not to apply the flame directly to the product. Once installed, the keeper can be used not only with standard hook rigs, but also as a trailer keeper for jig heads, rubber jigs, and spinnerbaits. Available in S and M sizes, the pre-shrink lengths are 14.4 mm for S and 18.7 mm for M, allowing you to choose the appropriate size for the hook and worm being used. Both sizes are available in black.
