Royal Blue N- Straight

Royal Blue N-Straight is a straight worm designed around a new concept developed by Mr. Nakata of Magnum Guide Service, with an emphasis on strong water displacement. Despite its simple straight profile, the firm, high-specific-gravity body creates a strong presence in the water as it falls or is worked.

The body contains 40% Himalayan rock salt pink salt. Its high specific gravity makes it easy to sink, while the compact 3-inch silhouette is well suited to carefully probing areas near the bottom. With no small appendages, the straight profile readily transfers rod movement directly to the lure, and the basic presentation is to shake the entire body to entice fish. Rigged weightless, it can be allowed to fall naturally, while a Neko rig with a nail sinker is intended for probing the bottom. In actual fishing examples, it has also been used on a 1.8 g Neko rig, shaken for extended periods within bushes. Making use of its high-specific-gravity material and firm body, this model is suited to presentations that minimize forward movement and finesse techniques focused on the bottom.
