NISHINE LURE WORKS’ BABY ABINO 70F is a floating topwater prop bait developed from the concept of bringing the BABY ABINO’s bite-inducing performance to surface fishing. A blade mounted on the underside of the body serves as the source of movement, generating a rolling action despite its prop-bait design and producing a metallic sound as it swims. With the standard setup, it can be retrieved slowly across the surface or worked with a stop-and-go retrieve. Subtle manipulation produces delicate ripples, and it can also be fished with short, gentle twitches while remaining on the surface.

Another key feature is its customizability as a floating model. Replacing the blade with the included original popper cup converts it into popper mode. With the belly blade installed, it readily produces bubbles and a popping sound when popped, while maintaining its rolling action on a steady retrieve. Removing the blade suppresses the rolling action and creates a more level floating posture, making it easier to produce splashes. It can also be converted to a slow-sinking lure by installing the separately sold SS Tune Set. The 70mm, 6.1g body is equipped with Ichikawa Kamakiri Treble #7 and comes with a snap and popper cup.
