GEECRACK’s IMO RIPPER features a high-density, potato-shaped body heavily loaded with salt, designed to produce a backslide action when fished weightless and a subtle swaying motion during the fall. Its tapered shape, which becomes fuller toward the rear of the body, allows it to slide backward even without a sinker, while the entire body sways as it falls. The small pin tail does not significantly interfere with the falling action and generates an ultra-subtle vibration as it catches the current. The bait is made with GEECRACK’s original S.A.F. material, a blend of salt, amino acids, and attractant formula.

It is suitable for skipping beneath overhangs, and is also designed to be cast to feeding boils and worked with twitches. The recommended hook sizes are an offset hook #2 for the 40 mm model, #2/0 for the 60 mm model, and #5/0 for the 95 mm model. Available sizes include 40 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm, and 95 mm, with the 95 mm size also offered in a SUPER High-Density model featuring a higher salt content than the standard version. The 95 mm model includes a slit to help improve hook-ups. The 40 mm and 60 mm sizes are suited to applications where portability and ease of use are priorities, while the larger sizes support presentations that call for longer casting distance and greater profile.
