Toray Fishing’s Solaroam® Exthread® is a fluorocarbon line for bass fishing, developed around the concept of providing different line characteristics for each pound-test rating. It emphasizes consistent diameter, uniform strength, and abrasion resistance, with material properties and design specifications tailored to each pound-test range. The line is natural in color and available in a wide range from 2 to 20 lb. Anglers can choose the appropriate size, from light to heavy, to match their tackle and rig.

The standard type is primarily available in 150 m spools, with markings at 75 m or at 50 m and 100 m intervals. The Volume Up type is available in 300 m, 200 m, and 160 m spools, while retaining the same material, characteristics, and design specifications for each pound-test rating as the standard product, making it suitable for applications requiring greater quantities of line. The Volume Up type also uses the same marking patterns as the standard product, making it easier to maintain consistent standards for line replacement and management. This series of fluorocarbon lines allows anglers to select the pound-test rating and type according to their application and tackle.
