Reins’ G Tail Twin is a soft lure designed for use on its own or as a jig trailer, with a compact body that creates a gliding action and tail movement. The body is molded with a flat profile, making it easy to glide through the water as it picks up water pressure during the retrieve. The thin twin tails extending to both sides start moving with minimal resistance, kicking and producing vibration in response to even the slightest manipulation to enhance the jig’s action. The body incorporates Reins’ signature salt and shrimp-based scent.
It can be used as a trailer for jigs, jigheads, and swim jigs, as well as rigged on a Texas rig. It is also designed to be fished on its own; during a steady retrieve, the body’s gliding action combines with the twin-tail movement to attract fish. On slack-line falls and swims, the thin tails move easily and generate vibration as the lure moves. Available in 2-inch (approximately 50 mm) and 3-inch (approximately 70 mm) sizes, the 2-inch model offers a more compact profile, while the 3-inch model is suited to situations where a bulkier profile is desired.
