Lucky Craft CB Series

Lucky Craft’s CB Series is designed as a line of crankbaits that run at a consistent depth while offering enhanced obstacle-deflection performance, allowing anglers to efficiently search structure while reducing the risk of snagging. Models are available for different depth ranges, with body shapes, lip designs, and hook-placement configurations engineered to help the lures move through cover more easily. While some models in the series are designed with specific sounds through variations in rattle quantity and internal chamber construction, the Fat CB BDS3 and Fat CB BDS6 feature a non-rattle design and adopt an “air floating concept” that optimizes buoyancy through their internal construction. Designed to achieve the rise of a balsa lure and improved obstacle deflection, they are configured to more easily return to their intended retrieve path after contacting cover, thanks to their specified weighting. Their wide wobbling and rolling action appeals across a broad area, and they are primarily used with a steady retrieve after casting. The Fat CB BDS3 measures 75 mm, weighs 14.0 g, and is a floating model designed to run at 0.7 m, while the Fat CB BDS6 measures 95 mm, weighs 34.0 g, and is a floating model designed to run at 1.5 m, giving the two models different size and depth ranges. Both models are equipped with VMC treble hooks at the front and rear.
