Belmont’s MG Lure Return 278 is a lure retriever designed to recover lures snagged on underwater structures or branches while attracting the hook with neodymium magnets. It features an 18-8 stainless steel heart hook at the tip, with 26.5 mm-wide neodymium magnets positioned on both sides. The magnets guide the hook, making it easier to approach the lure.
The main body is made of 18-8 stainless steel, while the heart hook and end cap feature K24 gold plating. It measures 41 cm when stored and extends up to 278 cm with its eight-section construction. The grip is made of EVA. The specified tensile strength is within a static load of 30 kg. To use it, pass the line through the opening at the tip, hook the heart hook onto the lure, and retrieve it by pushing it farther in or pulling it toward you. It is easy to use when the lure is some distance from shore or the water’s surface, such as during shore fishing or float fishing. Made in Japan.
