HMKL Wake Crank

HMKL’s WAKE CRANK 100 is a refined version of the CRANK 100, redesigned as a wake bait for targeting the surface to just below the waterline. Featuring a floating 100mm body and a circuit-board lip, it produces powerful vibration and a pronounced wake on the surface with a slow retrieve as its primary presentation. Its design makes it easy to appeal to bass focused on the surface through the body’s presence and water displacement.

The rattling model weighs 15.6g, while the silent model weighs 15.0g. As the non-weighted version of the CRANK 100, it takes advantage of its buoyancy to produce an action just below the surface. A swivel hook hanger system is used for the hook hangers, allowing the hooks to move freely. The lure is equipped with VANFOOK treble hooks. The basic technique is a steady, slow retrieve, during which the circuit-board lip catches the surface and creates a wake and powerful vibration. The rattling and silent versions are determined by color, allowing anglers to choose between sound and silence when targeting bass focused on the surface.
