NORIES BLACK PERFORMANCE TREBLE HOOKS are designed as the standard hooks supplied on NORIES plugs, combining sharp hook points for easy penetration with reliable fish-holding performance. In addition to hook points sharp enough to catch even on the slightest contact, the barbs are designed to be moderate in size, balancing penetration during the hookset with holding power.
The wire diameter is set to balance strength and penetration. The standard “REGULAR” type is available in #2, #4, #5, #6, and #8, while the fine-wire “FINE” type is offered in #5F, #6F, #8F, and #10F. As replacement hooks for the standard hooks on plugs, the appropriate size can be selected according to the body size and lure being used. A flasher-equipped version is also available in size #1. In addition to standard treble-hook replacement, these hooks can be used in setups incorporating flasher-equipped hooks. They can be selected based on each model’s standard size as replacement hooks that are unlikely to interfere with the plug’s intended action, such as jerking and retrieving.
