DECOY’s Kachi Kachi Beads B-1 are multifaceted glass beads designed to add flash and sound to Texas rigs. The bead surface features multiple facets that reflect light in various directions for enhanced visual appeal. In addition, the use of hard glass produces a distinctive “click-click-click” sound when the beads contact the sinker, adding a stimulus to the rig that a soft plastic worm alone cannot provide. The manufacturer explains that this combination of sound and flash can appeal to a fish’s feeding instinct and help trigger reaction bites.

Available in two sizes, S and M, the beads can be selected to match the sinker, worm, and overall volume of the rig. In addition to five colors—clear, red, purple, yellow, and brown—an assorted version featuring a random combination of multiple colors is also available. When incorporating the beads into a Texas rig, they should generally be set up so that the sinker and bead can make contact and produce sound. As the sinker moves or the rig is worked along the bottom, the bead contacts the sinker, increasing the rig’s presence through reflected light and sound. These beads are designed for Texas rigs and allow anglers to vary the color and size according to the conditions.
