Tiemco Soft Shell Dragonfly

TIEMCO’s Soft Shell TON-BO is a crawler bait designed around the realistic form of a dragonfly, with a revised balance between body weight and action. Made from a highly buoyant soft foam material, it is designed to produce a quiet landing and natural ripples that are difficult to achieve with a plastic body. It does not greatly disturb the surface when it lands, creating the presence of an insect falling onto the water.

The completely redesigned soft wings offer excellent recovery when the bait flips over and feature a shape that helps maintain stability from slow to fast retrieves. They transition easily into a crawling action as soon as the retrieve begins, producing natural movement and a subtle sound through their unique shape. In addition to accommodating both fast and slow retrieves, the bait can also be stopped and shaken in place with a subtle twitching action. It is easy to operate simply by retrieving after the cast; use a stationary shake around pinpoint targets such as beneath overhanging cover, or a steady retrieve when searching a wider area. The 89 mm, 10.5 g-class body is equipped with a #5 treble hook at the front and a #4 double hook at the rear, designed to help reduce line tangles.
