DAIWA’s FREE RIG SINKER S・R is a lure sinker designed for use with either free rigs or drop-shot rigs. Its swivel design significantly reduces line twist. Made from high-hardness lead for easier detection of bottom structure, it features a moss green finish that blends naturally into the seabed or lakebed while helping the lure’s color stand out. The weight in grams is printed on the body, making it easy to identify when using multiple weights.
The swivel’s inner diameter at the line-eye section is designed to work well with sinker stoppers when used for free rigs. For weights of 10 g or less, the Hard Sinker Lock S fits snugly, while size M provides a complete stop. For weights of 14 g or more, size M fits snugly, while size L provides a complete stop. Two shapes are available: the slim S type, which helps reduce resistance during manipulation, and the rounded R type. The S type is available from 3.5 g to 14 g, while the R type offers a wide range of weights from 3.5 g to 56 g, allowing you to choose according to the rig and bottom conditions.
