JACKALL’s SPIKIX 2.5″ features a shad tail designed as large as possible in proportion to its compact body, generating strong water displacement and projecting its presence over a wide area despite its small silhouette. The slim body grips the water along its entire length, allowing the tail action to perform effectively in stained water and deep areas. Its excellent responsiveness is another key feature, beginning to move the moment it enters the water, making it suitable for short-cast approaches, shallow areas, and targeting specific spots.

Micro ribs cover the entire body, holding water to create natural vibrations while also contributing to the body’s flexibility. Deep ribs are incorporated particularly along the belly, allowing the body to collapse easily when bitten and helping improve hookup rates. The ribs include hook-setting sections that conceal the hook point and also serve as guides for threading the hook straight through the body. Salt is blended into the body, which uses a shrimp formula incorporating shrimp powder and shrimp oil. Recommended hooks are the SCYTHE finesse 2 or SCYTHE type narrow 2; pairing the lure with these hooks brings out its designed action and intended rigging.
