Jackall Vividus

JACKALL’s VIVIDUS is a swim bait developed to produce a head-wagging action in the six-inch class. Its defining feature is a full-body-driven action created by a flexible body with no internal core. The body is made from a highly buoyant, super-soft material, and the coreless design allows the tail movement to be transmitted throughout the entire body. Even when retrieved slowly, it produces a moderate head-wagging action and continues to swim naturally. The tail features a Ridge Tail that generates side-to-side head movement, while the inside of the body is supported by a specially shaped wire. This single-piece wire serves as the line eye, hook eye, and side hook eye, maintaining body flexibility while reducing the volume and weight of the internal components.

The standard configuration is floating, but its buoyancy can be adjusted with a nail sinker to target different depths. It can primarily be fished with a steady retrieve, while a slow retrieve allows you to take advantage of its self-generated action. The side hook eye can be used when running the bait tightly near the bottom or presenting it stationary on the bottom. The recommended hook sizes are #2 or #3. To achieve a slow-sinking, horizontal fall, insert a nail sinker straight from the tail toward the head. If the bait remains buoyant, gradually add weight to fine-tune the presentation.
