Jackall LIVE Darter

JACKALL’s LIVE DARTER is a 52 mm, 4.5 g sinking minnow designed to trigger a boil-inducing action underwater. When imparted with rod action, its precisely engineered body balance—combining areas that efficiently catch water with areas that shed it—produces quick, irregular darts in various directions. Its sharp movement stimulates a reaction from fish with their predatory instincts engaged.

After each dart, the fin at the tail limits forward movement, creating a long pause for strikes during the extended dart. In addition, the tinsel tail moves softly in response to the action, adding flash and natural vibration as the movement begins to fade. An inner scale pattern on the belly gives the body added depth and a three-dimensional appearance. Securing the hook to the body with the hook hanger reduces resistance caused by the hook swinging freely, supporting sharp, extended darts. When a fish is hooked, the hook disengages from the hanger. A size 8 equivalent hook is included. Designed to be worked with rod action to impart darting movements, it excels when fished through the pause as the action fades from its peak.
