Cotton Cordell Super Spot

Cotton Cordell’s Super Spot is a lipless crankbait that combines the powerful sound of multiple rattles with fish-attracting vibration. Its compact body shape helps stabilize the cast trajectory, while the C25 is a 3-inch, 1/2-ounce sinking model and the C24 is a 2 1/2-inch, 1/4-ounce sinking model. The body contains multiple internal rattles that produce a strong sound and tight shimmy action. During the fall, it also wobbles, allowing you to produce action not only while retrieving but also by pausing and letting it sink.

The buoyancy-oriented body design makes it easier to keep the lure relatively high in the water column, allowing it to run over vegetation around shallow weeds and helping it break free when it becomes snagged. It is generally used by allowing it to sink to the desired depth before retrieving, with the depth and action adjusted by combining different retrieve speeds and pauses.
