Gary Yamamoto’s YAMAMIMIZU is a worm-style soft bait designed to trigger bites, produced by professional angler Tsuguhiko Komori. Its 3.5-inch body features a non-tapered design with nearly uniform thickness from head to tail, making it easy to transmit action applied at the hook-setting point throughout the entire body. Combined with Gary Yamamoto’s proprietary Ultra Life-like Material, it is suited to delicate presentations with light rigs.

With a Neko Rig or a wacky-style dropshot, rod movements roll through the bait from head to tail, creating an action that utilizes the entire body. It can also be used weightless or on a jighead, allowing the fall and presentation to be adjusted according to the rig. Measuring 3.5 inches and weighing approximately 1.6 g, it is made with Half Salty material. Its slim, straight profile inspired by an earthworm, together with its ability to move throughout the body in response to angler input, makes this model ideal for bite-oriented presentations such as keeping the bait in a compact area or applying subtle shakes near the bottom.
