Keitech Hyper Spider

KEITECH’s Hyper Spider is a skirted hog-style soft lure developed around the concept of “Strong Finesse,” adding a stronger underwater presence while retaining finesse performance. Based on conventional small spider-style worms, every component has been redesigned. The three-dimensional skirt provides ample water-contact area, while the 16 relatively thick tentacles move independently to create subtle changes in water flow and complex vibrations.

The front of the body features a delta-shaped head. Its design efficiently deflects water even with minimal movement, while making it easier to move the left and right claws. The claws spread wide and produce a fluttering action during the fall, while resting after reaching the bottom, or when dragged along the bottom—even with presentations that limit forward movement. Despite its compact silhouette, the skirt, tentacles, and claws each exhibit distinct movements. The head section includes a rigging space for easy hook placement and accommodates setups such as a jig head or rubber jig trailer, based on 1/0-class hooks with either a straight-gap or narrow-gap shape. Measuring 3.2 inches, it is well suited to presentations that take advantage of the skirt’s volume and the claws’ movement.
