Caltiva Twist Lock Jointed Keeper

Owner C'ultiva’s TL-11 Twist Lock Jointed Keeper is a worm hook designed for accurate rigging on a screw-style keeper while minimizing worm slippage. The centering pin built into the screw locates the center of the worm, making it easy to rig the worm straight without bending it, while the jointed keeper helps prevent slippage after rigging. The worm is secured by threading it onto the screw, making it less likely to come off the hook during casting, retrieves, or when a fish is hooked, helping reduce worm loss.

The hook features a wide gap designed to keep the hook point effective even when a worm is rigged. It incorporates a 30-degree eye bend, forged shank, Super Needle Point, and black chrome finish. It is intended for rigging bulky worms and large soft baits on weedless Texas rigs and Carolina rigs. By threading the head of the worm onto the screw, aligning it with the centering pin, and then embedding the hook point into the worm, a properly aligned presentation can be achieved. Available in sizes from 1/0 to 6/0, it can be selected to match the bulk of the worm being used.
