Gamakatsu’s THEORIZE HANGER FC-M is a worm hook specialized for “Fast Contact.” Its elongated throat is designed to help the hook point enter the bass’s mouth more easily when a worm is rigged. It also features a long, tapered point for superior penetration and a Nano Smooth coating that reduces friction, helping convert even subtle bites into solid hooksets.
Based on the contact performance of the FC series, the FC-M has been redesigned with revised wire diameters and size variations for use with tackle systems and situations requiring greater power. The FC-M is available in sizes #6, #4, #2, #1, 1/0, and 2/0, accommodating setups with larger worms or stronger tackle than the FC-L. It is suited to worm rigs such as neko rigs, where the hook point is intentionally exposed from the worm, and its size range is also well suited to neko rigs using long worms in the 8-inch class. Choose the hook size according to the worm’s profile and the tackle being used.
