OSP’s WISPUL is a 1.5-inch compact soft lure designed around the micro-bait pattern, which is particularly important in reservoirs and similar waters. Its body is shaped to accommodate both vertical and horizontal rigging, allowing anglers to change the setup according to the conditions and the bass’s response.

With vertical rigging, the lure produces an easily controlled, straight action with a stable posture, while rod movements can also create a sharp, fleeing motion. When rigged horizontally with the sides of the body facing up and down, it is suited to slow, delicate presentations. An ultra-thin slit at the base of the tail is designed to move with the tail in response to line slack and even slight currents. This produces a natural action that reacts to subtle changes in the water without requiring strong angler input. The hook can be set either vertically or horizontally, allowing the character of the action to be changed by switching the rigging orientation. The lure can be stored in either the vertically or horizontally rigged position, and it comes in a blister pack that makes it easy to store with the hook already rigged.
