OSP Eco Drive Shad

OSP’s DoliveShad is designed to produce its own action even while falling after the retrieve has been stopped—something that has been difficult to achieve with conventional paddle-tail soft baits. It sinks while flexing its body and fluttering its tail, making it effective for enticing fish on the fall after the lure lands before beginning the retrieve, as well as triggering following fish to strike during the fall. The DoliveShad 4-inch is designed as an intermediate size between the 3.5-inch and 4.5-inch models. While inheriting the series’ signature action, it produces a natural, high-pitch wobble-and-roll when used for a self-propelled fall, buzzing, or slow retrieves with a weightless rig.

With a weightless rig, it firmly shakes both its body and tail even during slow retrieves, allowing anglers to combine falling and swimming actions to attract fish. It is compatible with a wide range of setups, including Texas rigs, jigheads, weighted hooks, Carolina rigs, and jig trailers. It can also be used as a trailer for rubber jigs and bladed jigs. Ribs are built inside the slits in the body, allowing the hook point to be embedded in a rib and then reinserted into the bottom of the slit after the bait tears. Designed for use with an offset hook, it helps extend the bait’s usable life.
