Water Land Kasumi

WaterLand’s KASUMI is a metal jig developed for tackling Lake Kasumigaura, where conditions become tougher year after year. Its long-casting performance and fast sink rate allow anglers to efficiently search a wide range of water, from the shallows to the bottom. It is well suited to quickly covering expansive areas, shore fishing, and situations where you want to check for fish activity across a broad zone.

The KASUMI features a 65 mm body and is available in 15 g and 18 g weights. In addition to being easy to cast, its fast sink rate allows it to reach the target depth quickly after splashdown. It is designed to be less prone to snagging, even in areas with abundant cover, making it easier to approach cover and bottom areas while reducing hang-ups. In addition to efficiently working a consistent depth, it is also suited to searching different depths from the shallows to deeper water.

Both the 15 g and 18 g models use the same 65 mm body and can be selected according to the target depth, required casting distance, and desired sink rate. Cast and allow the jig to sink to the desired range before retrieving, or let it sink close to the bottom for a deeper search. By combining sinking and retrieving while checking the location of cover and changes in depth, anglers can efficiently search a wide area.
