Abu Garcia Bass Beat

Abu Garcia’s Bass Beat is a versatile, easy-to-handle rod series designed to deliver the specifications needed for serious bass fishing at an affordable price. The spinning lineup includes an UL model for delicate presentations in low-activity or high-pressure conditions, an L model suited to everything from finesse rigs to small hard plugs, and an ML model capable of handling a wide range of techniques from soft plastics to plugs.

All spinning models feature two-piece tubular blanks, FUJI Concept O-ring guides, and an original reel seat. The UL model has a sensitive tip that makes it easy to work drop-shot and weightless rigs, while also combining a tip that detects even the smallest bites with a powerful, torque-rich butt section that helps drive the hook home. The L model is suited to finesse rigs that take advantage of its soft, easy-loading tip, as well as lightweight shad and minnows. The ML model is a power spinning rod designed for working cover with small rubber jigs and neko rigs, insect-pattern fishing with PE line, and retrieving medium-sized plugs. A rod bag, rod belt, and PET case are included, and each model offers different lure-weight, line, and action specifications.
