Aros Japan Aqua Gill

Aros Japan’s Aqua Gill is a soft bait designed to replicate the silhouette and behavior of a bluegill. Rather than focusing solely on the body shape, Aros placed particular emphasis on developing a tail that directly moves water. While ribbed, flat-profile worms have been attracting attention, the Aqua Gill features a new “Aqua Tail,” developed to create an action unique to Aros.

The Aqua Tail features a thin, membrane-like core resembling a duck’s webbed foot. As the tail moves, it generates fine vibrations and a strong water push. This creates a unique action and vibration unlike those of conventional baits, adding tail-generated movement to the bluegill-inspired silhouette. The design emphasizes not only the overall body shape but also the tail structure that directly interacts with the water, producing a gill-pattern action unlike that of conventional designs.
