Aros Japan Heavy Dig

AROS JPN’s Heavy Dig is designed for heavy punching, using a dense soft-plastic material to punch through cover and aquatic vegetation even when rigged weightless. Its slim, unobtrusive profile helps maintain a compact body shape after passing through cover, while its compact 3-inch size also accommodates setups with added weight in the bait itself.

The body features space for adding a nail sinker, allowing you to adjust the rig from weightless presentations to situations where increased fall speed and penetration are needed. It incorporates two snag-protection features: a component that shields the hook point and a structure that covers the hook bend, helping reduce hang-ups around cover. It pairs well with 3/0 or 4/0-class EWG hooks, which are rigged along the hook-setting section of the body. Use it weightless to pitch the bait deep into cover, then add a nail sinker as needed to probe the bottom.
