REVONIK’s VOLBEAT is a rattle-equipped vibration lure designed around a floating model, in contrast to the sinking models that are commonly used as the basis for vibration plugs. It pursues an exceptionally quick response while maintaining a stable flight attitude and casting performance despite its light weight. In addition to the fast-pitch action characteristic of a lipless crankbait, its body shape amplifies the water flow traveling from the head toward the tapered section, producing a distinctive vibration feel and retrieve resistance.

The body features a uniquely designed rattle chamber, with careful attention given to the reverberating sound produced inside. The 60F is an 8.0 g floating model, the 60S is an 11.0 g sinking model, the 70F is a 10.0 g floating model, and the 70S is a 17.5 g sinking model, allowing anglers to select the feel and running range according to the size and buoyancy setting. In addition, the 70 Welter is a 21.0 g-class fast-sinking model designed for presentations targeting deeper ranges and stronger current.

Attaching the included wire lip tightens the action, makes it easier to set a shallower running depth, and also functions as a bumper when the lure contacts cover or other obstacles. By combining the presence or absence of the lip, buoyancy, and retrieve speed, the design accommodates not only a steady retrieve but also presentations incorporating stop-and-go retrieves and bottom contact.
