FISH MAGNET’s TYGAN is a floating pencil bait developed to combine long-casting performance with ease of control. The TYGAN 90 features a smooth, tapered body shape from the nose to the rear and a weight chamber positioned toward the back to reduce air resistance. It is designed to balance casting distance, landing posture, and action. The sides are flat toward the front and rounded toward the rear. When worked with the rod, the flat front section strikes the surface to produce splashes and popping sounds. During the dog-walk action, it creates dome-shaped bubbles, while the flat belly produces short turns with a reduced darting range.

The body is designed with strength in mind and uses eight-shaped eyelets to accommodate replacement with heavy-wire hooks. Its balance is tuned to help maintain an action close to the original even when the hooks or setup are changed. The TYGAN 110 is an upsized model that retains the action and strength of the 90, with the wall thickness and weight placement adjusted for its 110 mm body. Its design accounts for the weight difference when switching to heavy-wire hooks, helping maintain its performance. The Bone model uses a proprietary bone resin with greater buoyancy than conventional ABS resin, giving the action’s start-up and sound a distinct character. Work it with the rod to create a dog-walk action, combining it with pauses as needed.
