When jerked, it breaks into wide, continuous darting movements that generate flashing. During pauses, it performs an unstable, shimmering rise before transitioning into its ascent.

Its low-center-of-gravity, fixed-weight design and generous body volume deliver sharp response from the very first rod input after splashdown. The large lip allows it to quickly reach its running depth with a single jerk, combining high initial response with an action that pushes plenty of water.
