Ice Vogel’s (EIS VOGEL) Amo50 is a sinking minnow designed to produce sharp darting action while reducing missed bites and line tangles around the hooks, which can occur during wind-style fishing. With its compact body measuring approximately 50 mm and weighing approximately 5 g, it creates an irregular 3D darting action that springs unpredictably up, down, left, and right in response to rod movements. This tricky movement, rather than simply fleeing in one direction, encourages fish to strike. During the fall, it moves like a weakened baitfish, making it suitable for presentations that combine a fall after the action.

The basic retrieve involves sharply snapping the rod in a wind-style technique, alternating darting action and falls. Its distinctive rear-hook holding mechanism helps reduce line tangles around the hook during the wind retrieve, making the lure easy to handle while maintaining its action performance. The standard hooks are BKK SPEAR-20 SS #12 on both the front and rear. When replacing the hooks, the way they are held may vary depending on the hook shape, even when using the same size, so this model should be set up based on the recommended specifications.
