Eisvogel’s WAVEE is a realistic fish-style soft bait designed to produce the rolling action prized in stro-style rigs, while maintaining a stable retrieve even at slow speeds. The 3-inch model responds quickly to rod movements, making it easy to vary the action from slow manipulation to retrieves with changes in pace and intensity. Its body features a near-perfect semi-round profile, creating a cross-section distinct from flat-sided designs. This helps prevent the roll action from stalling as it starts and allows the movement to flow smoothly.

The tail features an original three-pronged design, with the two split sections acting as brakes to accommodate slow presentations with minimal forward movement. The tail action changes in response to the strength of the rod work, producing a tight vibration. A specially shaped air-hole structure that supports the rolling action, combined with a low-center-of-gravity design, ensures balanced buoyancy and a stable posture. Primarily designed for use with stro-style rigs, it can also be retrieved in an I-shaped action on a weightless rig, allowing anglers to vary the pace and intensity of the presentation during sight fishing and close-quarters situations when fish are in pursuit.
