Eisvogel’s Avido190 is designed around a smooth gliding action, with body balance optimized to respond to input-based techniques such as darting and table turns. It combines the natural swimming action expected of a lipless lure with responsiveness to subtle rod-work techniques, and is designed to elicit strikes rather than merely draw follows.

Its swivel-jointed construction allows the joint sections to move smoothly in unison, producing a baitfish-like gliding action. The body features a canard structure that stabilizes the lure’s action posture and reduces misactions in response to angler input. The body edges control airflow during casting, helping to stabilize the lure’s flight. Two types of tails are included, allowing for different actions depending on the tail installed. The lure is approximately 190 mm long, or approximately 240 mm with the long tail attached, and has a floating configuration weighing 2.7 oz (approximately 75.6 g). The standard hooks are PIERCE TREBLE #1. It can be worked primarily with a steady retrieve, while adding darting and table turns with rod manipulation as conditions require.
