ONEOFF’s GORIBUGSHRIMP2.8 is a hog-style soft lure developed with multiple biological elements—including a goby, insect, and shrimp—incorporated into a single body. Its shape and action can be modified according to the angler’s ideas. It is designed with an emphasis on overall balance, centered around the light Carolina rig, a standard setup at Lake Nojiri.

The four legs at the front of the body create subtle vibrations during the fall, while the two long legs extending from the rear move naturally in the lake current. The central fin helps maintain the balance of the entire worm, and cutting the individual parts either partially or completely allows the silhouette and action to be changed. Depending on whether the parts are left intact or cut, its design also readily accommodates rigs other than the light Carolina rig.

The basic setup is an offset hook #4. Official examples include slowly dragging it across the bottom on a light Carolina rig to search a wide area, slowly pulling it or shaking it delicately in one spot on a drop-shot rig, and dragging it along the bottom or hopping it with a reaction-style presentation on a jighead rig.
