Tsurikichi Hormone’s PIG DADDY was developed to retain the authentic texture of pork lures while providing improved hook-holding ability and durability for easier handling on the water. The approximately 10 cm body is made from carefully selected raw materials and finished by hand, one at a time. Unlike pork lures that are softened with plasticizers and tend to have poor hook retention and reduced material durability, the PIG DADDY makes use of the natural softness of the material itself.

The flexible body is less likely to interfere with hook movement, allowing presentations that take advantage of the natural presence unique to pork material. Use it in combination with jigs or other rigs while checking the condition of the material and its movement underwater, and adjust the presentation by setting the hook at any desired position on the body. As each piece is handmade, individual lures may differ in appearance, but the PIG DADDY is carefully finished from material selection through processing, offering a feel and performance distinct from conventional pork lures.
