ISM’s PULL-70F is a lipless minnow shad designed for bass that have become wary of i-shaped lures. It pursues a topwater presentation with just the right amount of movement—not too much and not too little. When rod action is applied, the body gives a subtle roll in place, creating an action like a weakened baitfish trembling and producing ripples as it drifts on the surface. By combining continuous shaking with reeling, you can search a wide area while making the lure tremble finely across the surface. Increasing the speed of the reel handle rotation also allows you to change the lure’s direction of travel. Its design combines a stationary presentation with a subtle rolling action, enabling an approach that differs from that of typical steady-retrieve topwater lures. It has a floating configuration and runs at a depth of 0–0.2 m. Measuring 70 mm and weighing approximately 4.5 g, it is suited to precise manipulation when targeting bass focused on the surface. The official lineup also includes colors inspired by wakasagi weakened after spawning and small ayu drifting on the surface due to oxygen depletion, and the lure is intended for techniques incorporating long pauses or leaving it stationary.
