Bottomup Cosmo

Bottomup’s KOSMO was developed as an “all-in-one” small rubber jig designed to accommodate a wide range of techniques. The head is made from resin tungsten, with the weight stamped on it. It maintains a natural horizontal posture in the midwater column and features a center-of-gravity balance and shape designed to resist tipping onto its side on the bottom. The skirt uses material carefully selected for its thickness and elasticity, with a cut that creates a delayed flare, producing lively movement during retrieves. The skirt lineup also includes Bottomup original colors inspired by earthworms.

The line eye is shaped with a smooth transition to the head, allowing the jig to slip free more easily when snagged in cover while also helping prevent the knot from shifting. A wire keeper securely holds the trailer, while the hook is a Nogales “Anti-Rust × Zero Friction” model, offering high rust resistance, reduced friction, and enhanced penetration. The number of brush guard strands is adjusted for each weight, and the guard can be customized by trimming. In addition, splitting and opening the brush guard makes it easier to protect both sides of the hook while allowing you to fine-tune resistance during the hookset. Designed to be adjusted according to line and cover conditions and used with a trailer, the KOSMO is available in 1.3 g, 1.8 g, 2.5 g, and 3.3 g weights.
