Bottomup’s BOTTOMUP Rod Holder Quick Shot is a rod holder developed to let you switch rods “without looking, with one hand, and quickly” while keeping your eyes on the target during a tackle change. When switching to another setup because the lure currently in use is not suited to the situation, its new mechanism enables quick tackle changes while reducing the need to look at and operate the rod holder.
The attachment section uses Velcro, allowing it to be mounted not only on belts but also on shore-fishing bags such as the ARTIS. To attach it, pass the longer Velcro strap around the inside of the belt, fold it back toward the front, and fasten it by closing the shorter Velcro strap. With an overall length of 265 mm, it is designed to allow one-handed removal while holding a rod or reel. Depending on the shape of the rod or reel being used, removal may be difficult, so check compatibility with the tackle you intend to pair it with before use.
