DRT Cramp Shad

DRT’s CRAMP SHAD 4.5″ and CRAMP SHAD FAT 4.5″ are designed with a “CRAMPTAIL (twitching shad)” that combines a V-tail with a high-pitch shad tail, adding unique micro-vibrations and action to the swimming motion of shad-tail worms. The CRAMP SHAD 4.5″ features a material hardness balanced between durability and action, along with a body design focused on maintaining a stable casting posture. The bait weighs approximately 10 g on its own. It can be used with jig heads, weightless rigs, and weighted rigs, and is primarily fished with a simple steady retrieve. When shakes are imparted with a jig head, the rear tail provides moderate resistance, creating a swimming action with a strong rolling motion while limiting forward travel.

The CRAMP SHAD FAT 4.5″ retains the same tail shape and size as the original model, while featuring a fat body and a weight of 19 g. Its weight is designed for use with baitcasting tackle, making it easy to cast long distances and suitable for searching a wide area. In addition to weightless and weighted rigs with an offset hook, it can also be rigged upside down using the slits on both sides of the body. Along with a stable swimming action produced by a steady retrieve or rod action, it can also create a dead-walk or S-shaped, weaving action.
