DRT’s Angler’s Camp AC. BOONIE HAT GEN2 is an updated model featuring a back flap that protects the back of the head and neck from sunlight, with the flap positioned farther forward than on the previous model. It uses DRT’s original body design, while the back flap helps prevent sunburn on the back of the head and neck.
The chin strap with a Hawaiian hook allows the hat to be secured to prevent it from being blown away in strong winds or while traveling by boat at high speed. A Velcro adjuster inside allows the size to be adjusted to fit the wearer’s head. This free-size boonie hat combines a back flap and chin strap to provide easy protection from sunlight and wind.
