DRT Inc.’s VTS 5″ is a soft bait designed to create a complex action by combining the V-TAIL inherited from the VTS 7 with lateral fins that push water in both vertical and horizontal directions. When rigged weightless, it springs sharply upward in response to rod action, while consecutive twitches produce a panicked action as it darts unpredictably in every direction.
When shaken on a jig head, the tail moves vertically and horizontally, trembling finely while its multiple water-catching components generate a highly noticeable action. Although it is salt-impregnated and weighs approximately 11 g by itself, the numerous water-catching components on the body and tail are designed to slow its fall. It can be used with Carolina rigs, heavy Carolina rigs, free rigs, and I-shaped setups, allowing you to select the appropriate rig based on the changes in fall and retrieve feel. The size is 5 inches.
