ZacT craft’s sela45 for Bass is a topwater plug designed around the easy handling of a traditional popper, while also producing a pencil-bait-style side-to-side walking action with continuous twitches. Its compact 45 mm, 3.0 g body features a shallow cup, creating pops and splashes in response to rod-tip inputs while imitating the surface movement of fleeing baitfish or shrimp.
As a cup-faced popper, it can attract fish with short-distance popping, while rhythmic, continuous twitches readily transition it into a pencil-style action that swings from side to side. The retrieve can be adjusted to suit conditions: stronger inputs emphasize sound and splash, while lighter inputs produce a more subtle surface presentation.
