Goober Pheromone Cherry Plus

GOOBER’s PHEROMONECHERRY PLUS is designed for easy rigging of the “Cherry Rubber,” a combination of a cherry rig and rubber. Its development is centered on combining the water displacement and presence of a rubber jig with the sensitivity and snag resistance of a cherry rig, creating a setup with a different appeal from a standard cherry rig.

The hook is a Gamakatsu LD MASTER, designed for direct-rig-style applications, combined with 60 mm of wire and rubber. The rubber pushes water and creates presence, while the rig slowly tips over when paused, allowing it to continue attracting fish even while stationary. It also softens contact with structure and vegetation, further enhancing the cherry rig’s snag resistance. To use, rig a soft bait on the hook and connect the sinker to the wire tip to fish it as a cherry rig. Available hook sizes are #1, #1/0, #2/0, #3/0, and #4/0.
