issei’s G.C. Micro Zarivive 40 is a “super” orthodox vibration plug modeled after a crayfish. It retains the original-sized G.C. Zarivive’s distinctive shimmy fall, in which the body shakes as it descends, as well as its wide action that transmits clearly through the rod to your hand, all in a compact 40mm micro body. The smaller profile also produces a high-pitch action, creating a design focused on making the lure’s vibration easy to feel during the retrieve.
The basic technique is simple: cast with spinning tackle or bait finesse tackle and retrieve at a steady speed. Start with a straight retrieve, then combine it with techniques such as lift-and-fall as conditions require.
