Issei GC Zarimetal

issei’s G.C. Zarimetal is a metal vibration lure inspired by a crayfish, designed to create the erratic escape action of a panicked crustacean. Its design makes the lure’s vibration easy to feel through the rod, while using different line-eye positions allows for a wide action like a crankbait, a tight action like a shad, or a high-lift action. It can also be used with a slow retrieve underwater or a buzzing retrieve across the surface. On the fall, it displays an irregular spiral fall from its distinctive posture, while lift-and-fall retrieves produce an enticing action different from that of a standard retrieve.

The body features a structure for threading a rubber skirt through it. Adding a skirt creates a silhouette reminiscent of a crayfish’s antennae. It also has holes for hook tuning, allowing the use of larger hooks or a single-hook setup to help reduce snags. The combination of line-eye position and hook setup can be used to adjust the action and improve performance around cover. Available sizes are 6 g/39 mm, 9 g/44 mm, and 12 g/49 mm. The 9 g model comes standard with different-sized hooks at the front and rear.
