Nihonno Buhinya Wing

Nihon no Parts-ya SS50 Wing is a wing component designed for attachment to handmade lures, developed in response to user requests for “larger wings.” The wing section measures 50 mm, while the overall length is 55 mm and the width is 11 mm. Shapes are available for both the left and right sides. It is offered in aluminum and stainless steel. The aluminum version features a lightweight design with a weight of 5.7 g, making it easy to adjust the balance when attached to a lure. The stainless steel version weighs 14.5 g and is made from a harder, more durable material than the aluminum version.

The aluminum version is available in silver and black anodized finishes. The black anodized version undergoes a 15-micron treatment, providing greater strength than standard aluminum. The differences in weight and characteristics between the materials allow you to choose the appropriate version according to the buoyancy, posture, and overall balance of the lure being made. When installing, determine the position according to the lure body and secure it with separately prepared tapping screws or similar fasteners. Screws and other fasteners are not included, so the setup must be selected according to the material and thickness of the lure being used.
