RYUGI’s INFINI pursues the ideal offset hook design based on extensive experience, balancing worm-holding power with ease of hook penetration during the hookset. The bend and crank designs inherit the proven principles of the Pierce Hook. The bend is engineered with recovery strength against stretching, while the crank section is designed to allow the worm to shift more easily during the hookset, helping the hook point transition into a position where it can emerge from the worm more readily.

The gap width and hook-point orientation have also been finely tuned, resulting in a shape that makes contact with fish more easily while helping minimize the loss of hook-setting power. The hook is made from Cyber Metal, also used for products such as the Fog Shot, with attention given to resistance against hook-point dulling and overall hook rigidity. When rigging the worm, it supports offset rigging by lightly embedding the hook point into the worm while aligning it along the crank section to reduce slipping. The shape from the line eye to the crank is easy to match to the worm, making this a versatile standard model for a wide range of worm rigs, including weightless and Texas rigs.
